Malu was a childhood and family friend back when we both attended King Edward HS in Matatiele. She was a year ahead of me, and from what I remember, she was very studious, well mannered, and a role model in the Malayali community. It's indescribably tragic that we lost her. I am heartbroken that we won't be able to see her live a life into her old age - she had accomplished a lot and had so much more potential. She was our own kin and her departure from this world will be felt for the rest of our lives. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. God bless
